The founder and sole Member of Vizzoni Law Firm, L.L.C., Anthony M. Vizzoni, Esq, earned his Master of Laws degree in taxation from New York University, and his law degree from Seton Hall University where he graduated cum laude. He also earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. This level of knowledge and his 25 years of experience allow Anthony to effectively and efficiently represent clients to preserve family assets, meet client needs, minimize income, gift and death tax exposures, transition family assets or businesses, and provide for the controlled disposition of wealth from generation to generation.

Anthony’s area of practice and expertise is focused on estate planning, estate, gift tax and generation skipping gift and death tax, probate and estate administration, asset protection planning and elder law planning. This includes Wills, trusts of all kinds, appropriate beneficiary designations for non-probate assets such as retirement accounts and life insurance, business succession planning, planning with family limited partnerships and limited liability companies, probate, estate administration and elder law long-term care planning for Medicaid eligibility.

Anthony is capable of handling small and large estates whose needs range from simple to highly sophisticated and provides his clients with a sensible and comprehensive plan for the orderly disposition of wealth during lifetime and/or at death. Trusts and related plans designed to achieve gift and death tax savings and are used where appropriate.

Trusts for non-tax purposes are also used where appropriate. Examples include a trust designed to facilitate an asset protection or asset preservation plan, including self-settled Delaware Trusts and Dynasty Trusts, as well as Special Needs Trust designed to preserve government entitlements due to disabled persons. Another example includes trusts designed to achieve Medicaid eligibility. Where probate avoidance, privacy or estate lien issues are a concern, a Revocable Living Trust may be the appropriate alternative to a Will.  Finally, Anthony recommends and prepares Durable Powers of Attorney and Living Wills/Health Care Directives as a part of all estate plans.

Anthony also helps families with probate and estate administration. His elder law practice includes planning for Medicaid eligibility and establishing Living Wills/Health Care Directives.

When planning an estate, many factors are taken into consideration including desired asset disposition, business succession, asset protection, trusts for dependents and the attendant tax implications. What sets Anthony apart from other estate planners is his personalized “listen first” approach which yields an estate planning product that is comprehensive and customized to each client’s stated needs, objectives and desires.

What sets Anthony apart from other estate administration attorneys is his personal attention to providing the guidance and direction, or, at the discretion of each client, the direct assistance required to identify and address all of the required aspects of the probate and estate administration process in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Anthony’s mission is to establish long term relationships by providing competent advice and service on a timely and attentive basis; maintaining open dialogue and communication during the course of any engagement; and providing personal accessibility to address client questions and concerns on a same day basis.
