Partnering With You To Provide Positive Results
In the case of estate planning, Anthony will work with you to establish tailored estate planning, asset protection planning or elder law planning solutions and documents that are customized to your needs, objectives and desires
In the case of probate and estate administration, Anthony will provide a “road map” designed to guide you through the probate and estate administration process. The road map discussion will identify those matters which are specific to your circumstances and which must be accomplished to complete the probate and estate administration process of a loved one. Once the road map is created, you will have a clear view of what services will be provided to you and which ones you may choose to do for yourself. This approach is intended to minimize legal fees.
