Wills, trusts, planning with family limited partnerships and limited liability companies, charitable trusts and foundations, probate, all aspects of estate administration, guardianships, will contests and dispute among beneficiaries, prenuptial agreements, Elder Law, and long-term care planning.  The firm is capable of handling small and large estates whose needs range from simple to highly sophisticated.  We provide our clients with a sensible and comprehensive plan for the orderly disposition of wealth during lifetime and/or at death.  Trusts designed to achieve tax savings are used where appropriate.  Trusts for non-tax purposes are also used where appropriate.  Examples include a trust designed to facilitate an asset protection plan or a Special Needs Trust designed to preserve government entitlements due to disabled persons.  Where probate, privacy or estate lien issues are a concern, a Revocable Living Trust may be the appropriate alternative to a Will.  Finally, we recommend and prepare Durable Powers of Attorney and Living Wills as a part of all estate plans.
